This program is for anyone out there who wants to challenge and explore their relationship with alcohol. 

If you use alcohol as a coping mechanism to deal with your stress, anxiety or any other mental health concerns, if it’s become a destructive behaviour pattern, then you simply won’t have the mental capacity or energy to change your mindset and develop emotionally. 

Your mental health will not improve! 

That’s a fact, not my opinion. 

I’m very passionate about the issues surrounding alcohol and its effect on our mental health. There was a time when I had developed a very dysfunctional relationship with alcohol, that threatened to jeopardise the things I held dear in both my professional and personal life. It almost cost me everything.

Through this program, the same framework and tools are now available to everyone.
